School Site Council

The School Site Council (SSC) is a group of people selected by their peers to represent parents, teachers, other staff, and students (in high schools). The principal (or designee) is also a member of the SSC.

The SSC members work collaboratively to review the School Plan for Student Achievement, establish a new budget, and provide counsel on school matters to the principal.  The SSC meets at least six times a year, and meetings are generally held on the third Thursday at 2:45 PM.   Members serve two-year terms.

All parents, staff, and community members are welcome to join us in our meetings.  Three community members (anyone not on the SSC) will be given a chance to make a public comment of no longer than three minutes at each meeting.

Thank you to all of our wonderful parents, teachers, and staff that served on our School Site Council. If you're interested in joining our SSC, please email Ms. Talar Keoseyan at [email protected]

We value our partnership with our parents and community members.
