Principal's Message
Dear Sunland Families,
I want to formally introduce myself to all of you and hope to have the opportunity to meet you in person soon.
My name is Giovanna Foschetti and I will be here at Sunland Elementary as the Interim Principal until June 30.
I have been a principal for 23 years with LAUSD and I am excited to work with the leadership team, staff, students and parents in continuing to make Sunland Elementary a safe and a beautiful place to learn.
Our immediate goals are to increase:

parent participation at parent meetings and school events

student attendance

student supervision and campus safety

communication among administrators and parents/community
-
parent volunteers in areas of need
